REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to refund any of our products. 

Exchange Policy 

Only Beardzooka products are eligible for exchange. Exchange of products from external vendors are strictly not allowed. 

Exchange of goods is allowed only if the following is adhered : 
1. Within 7 days of receipt 
2. Invoice is present 
3. Item is in original condition (not used or opened)
4. Packaged in its original condition 

 Please note:
- Not applicable for SALE items 
- Gift sets/ bundles are not exchangeable
